Do you ship anywhere in NZ?

Yes, we ship all over NZ. We use Team Global Express and can give you a quote for your specific item.

We’d love to. We know our products inside and out, so just give us a call or drop us an email with what you're looking for. We’re happy to chat through your needs and help you find the perfect fit.

Can I come and view first?

While we do not have a formal showroom, we are more than happy to arrange a time for you to view our products in person. Where are you located?

We are located at 145 Harts Road, Turitea. We are in a lovely rural setting, just a short 5-8 minute drive from the Palmerston North CBD.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Absolutely! We want you to shop with total confidence, so all of our items come backed by a 12-month warranty to give you complete peace of mind.

I'd like to cancel my order

No problem at all. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at sales@sturli.com prior to your order being dispatched, and our team will be more than happy to help. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.

Do you provide tracking information for my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched with Team Global Express, we will send you a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery's journey right up until it arrives at your door.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived on time?

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays can sometimes happen. Please check your tracking link first, if you need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at 0800 230 230.
