Shipping policy

We ship all orders through PBT Couriers, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.

Please note that once the item is with the courier, it is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. Sturli Limited takes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or delays that occur after the item has been handed over to PBT Couriers.

If you choose to arrange your own shipping or collect the item yourself, please be aware that we do not accept any liability for loss or damage once the item has left our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure proper care during transit.
