At Sturli Limited, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please note, this policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA), which provide guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their descriptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@sturli.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under the CGA. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues, so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food), custom or personalized items, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For further questions about a specific product, contact us at sales@sturli.com.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged under the CGA.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the best way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
